About the Add Employee Control Screen

Add Employee Control allows you to specify which VIP screens must be included in the Add New Employee Cycle.

 

The Add Employee Control Screen consists of two tabs, i.e. the Payroll, Equity, Skills, ESS Tab (ESS Tab = only in VIP Premier Payroll) and the Personnel Module Tab, where all screens that may be included/excluded in the Add New Employee Cycle are listed.

 

How to Access the Add Employee Control Screen

To access the Add Employee Control Screen from the VIP Main Menu:

  1. Click on Company.
  2. Click on Add Employee Control.
  3. The Add Employee Control Screen will be displayed.
  4. This screen consists of two tabs. Click on the required tab and make the necessary changes.

How to Include or Exclude Screens

The Add Employee Control Screen consists of two tabs, i.e. the Payroll, Equity, Skills, ESS Tab (ESS Tab = only in VIP Premier Payroll) and the Personnel Module Tab.

 

Click on the required tab.

 

All VIP screens will be listed on the two tabs respectively.

 

 

 

Add Employee and Banking Details

The Add Employee procedure will apply the Access Control set up for Payment Details to determine whether the user may enter details on the Payment Details Tab or not.

If the user has View or No Access set for the Payment Details Tab, then this tab will be skipped during the Add Employee Sequence.
